Until today, I could have never imagined that in such a short period of time I was able to reach so much.

My name is Pedro and I began my journey with UniPharma in 2020, joining the inbound department as an inruimer. Within six months, I was given the opportunity to become a reach truck driver. For a year, I dedicated myself to driving the reach trucks and contributing to the company's operations. However, my journey at UniPharma was far from over. After a year and a half, I was promoted to the role of Team Leader/ Supervisor in the inbound department. At that time I had no plans to go back to my home country Portugal, due to the fact that I was very happy to work for this amazing company, that gave me so many opportunities to grow personally and profesionally. Until today, I could have never imagined that in such a short period of time I was able to reach so much.
